espresso is a combination of both art and science. There are at least
five major factors influencing the taste of your product, from the
roast through to final extraction.

Roasting is the first stage of this process and requires great skill. No two
bean blends are identical and it is up to the skill of the roaster to develop
and enhance the characteristics of each roast.
